Most of the ~390 manhours spent on a 40-page P&ID package is extraction and cross-referencing. Work that is repeatable and verifiable. P&ID Reviewer does that part: index the legend, list every tagged component, run the rules, score the confidence.

What it does not do: interpret context, weigh trade-offs, talk to the client, or sign off. That stays with the engineer.
